From May 10, 2009 to August 10, 2009 two students from the New England School of Communications participated in the Blueberry Broadcasting internship program under the guidance of the local Operations Manager. The intern program gives students an inside look at the workings of a radio station. They get hands on training in all aspects of the radio business from music decisions to sales promotions, execution and production. It is a realistic view of broadcasting. The school requires 135 hours per student.

d)      Initiative: Provision of training to management level personnel as to methods of ensuring equal employment opportunities and preventing discrimination.
